Prices:

Acupuncture if indicated is included as part of the physiotherapy treatment.

Prices include travel within 10 miles of Wynyard. Happy to travel a little further, please contact me to discuss any additional travel costs.

Pilates classes

• Mondays 1-2pm at Wolviston Village Hall
• Thursdays 6-7pm at Sedgefield Community College.

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at £8 a class so £48 a block. Booking is essential.

A Pilates assessment needs to be done before commencing the classes. This is to check medical history, spinal movement and go through some exercises to give you an idea of what Pilates involves. Assessment is done at your home, lasts 30-40 mins and costs £35.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your appointment, please provide more than 24 hours notice where possible. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to charge.
